Neuroactive Chairobics

Service Description

Come along to the friendly and fun Neuroactive Chairobics session suitable for individuals living with neurological conditions including: Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Dementia. The session includes chair based exercise to music with optional standing exercises. The class takes place on the last Friday of each month, 3-4pm at Dementia Friendly Alton, Assembly Rooms, GU34 1BA - wheelchair accessible.
