The East Hampshire Wellbeing Walks is a scheme that aims to improve people’s health and well-being through easily accessible, free, group walks.

This is a nationwide project hosted by the Ramblers, with over 10,000 volunteers who help to organise and lead the walks nationally. Wellbeing Walks are designed to be accessible for all, being no more than three miles, or ninety minutes in length. For all of our walks, you can just show up on the day without booking or needing to sign up.

We currently have a wide range of walks across East Hampshire’s wonderful countryside. All Wellbeing Walks are free to attend. For further information on each of the individual walks, click the below link to the East Hampshire Wellbeing Walks page, or use the interactive timetable below.
